Ron Kieffer presents the 2004 Award of Excellence to Marcus and Joe of Installation Consultants in New York.

In partnership with Duke Manufacturing, our Factory Authorized Service Companies continue to uphold the highest professional standard in quality service and parts distribution to our customer's throughout the country.

This service is tracked via a "Report Card" and distributed monthly to each of our Authorized Service Companies allowing them, as well as Duke, to understand the level of support being provided to our customers. The Report Card is instrumental in helping to identify areas in need of improvement and provides the data necessary to develop programs aimed at continually improving the level of service.

Earlier this year the 2004 averages were calculated for each of our Authorized Service Companies and we are proud to announce that 17 companies achieved Duke's highest rating of Excellent.
