As with our Convection Ovens, Duke's Baking Centers and Baking Stations offer more for your money - more features, more performance and more benefits.

DBS - 1 Baking Station:  5/9 convection oven with a baking station stand.  Three (3) control panels (see below) to choose from.  One year parts and labor warranty and a 10 year limited door warranty.  These units come with casters standard.  they are NSF listed for US and Canada sanitation as well as ETL listed for US and Canadian safety.  There is a removable shelf and casters to finish the Baking Station.

DBC - 1 Baking Center:  This is Duke's 5/9 Series Half-Size Convection Oven on a Proofer Base.  There are eight (8) racks with a 16 pan capacity in the proofer section.  Three (3) control panels (see below) are available.  These units come on casters, two with locks. The Baking Center is available in electric models only.

DBC - 2 Baking Center:  The DBC -2 is a combination 6/13 Series Convection Oven on a Proofer Base.  These units are available in gas or electric.  They have a one year parts and labor warranty with 10 year limited warranty on the doors.  The gas model units have two (2) control panel options and the electric three (3).  These units also have casters under the proofer, 2 locking.

EPO - 3/9 Baking Center:  The EPO - 3/9 Bread Baking Center has three (3) racks in the oven and nine (9) in the proofer section.  This unit is UL listed for sanitation, as well as for safety in the US and Canada.
