Duke Manufacturing Co. has made our convection ovens line the best in the business. And here's why: Duke Convection Ovens have better cooking performance than the competition with less energy input (40,000 BTU vs. 50,000 or 60,000 for other gas ovens). With four (4) inches more cavity height with the same exterior height as the competition you get more room for your money. There are coved corners in the cavities, with no seams on the bottom. This makes cleaning a snap. Duke has a 10-year door warranty, along with our standard products warranty for coverage well beyond other manufacturers. All our ovens are easy to service, with the parts accessible from the front. 613 & 613Q Series Ovens - offer six racks and 13 rack positions, standard. Gas or electric ovens, single and double stack. The 613 Series has 65/35 dependent doors with Chain Drive, while the "Q" Series ovens have 50/50 independent doors. These ovens have stainless steel fronts, sides, top, door liners and gaskets. 2-speed blower motors with five (5) control options (gas units have 4). E Series Ovens - have stainless steel fronts with painted exterior sides and top. Five racks and 9 rack positions, with 50/50 independent stainless steel doors with glass in both doors as standard. These ovens come with our "V" control package (see below). 5/9 Series Half-Size Ovens - are made with stainless steel front, sides, top and back. They also have a porcelain liner and single stainless steel door with a window. They have a one year parts and labor warranty. |
