Duke's Salad Bars come in a mechanically assisted ice pan or an NSF Standard 7 compliant mechanically cooled cold pan unit.  Both feature R134A refrigerant, a heavy duty 300 Series stainless steel liner with drain and plug, refrigerant coil, condensing unit, slide out compressor, controls and cord and plug.

There are twelve (12) powder coat paint color choices standard for the bodies.  Options for stainless steel or Formica laminated finishes are available.  Because the units are basic bodies, you are able to choose not only the finish for the body, but the trayslide(s) and sneeze guards you like.

Corian tops are available for mechanically assisted ice pans only.  If you'd like custom colors of Corian, please let us know.  Check the specification sheet(s) and price book for the standard number of cutouts in each top.

You can order kickplates in matching powder coat paint or laminated steel to match the body of the salad bar or in stainless steel.

Sneezeguards in EconoMate or Thurmaduke Serving Systems styles can be added.  These include the TS530-TS530-1SN Series Self-Service Canopies or AECY Series Clear Plexiglas Buffet Canopies.  The powder coat paint finishes mentioned above are selections available for the sneezeguards.

3-bar tubular stainless steel and solid stainless steel or Formica laminated (matching body) trayslides at the time the unites are ordered or added later.
