NEXT GENERATION SERVING SYSTEMS |

"Our school was expanding the number of serving lines to move the students through the serving lines faster, enabling the students to have the most time available to eat their lunch. Duke's Next Generation
offered us something different to accomplish this task. It not only offered us a serving line but offered us a Food Court concept with the ability to merchandise the foods right in front of the students. Color was only
limited by your imagination. Our presentation of food products went from mundane to exciting overnight. We combined refrigerated units as self serve salad bar and heated units to merchandise our menu items. The
students gravitated to the serving line just to see the unique design of the Next Generation equipment. It is so inviting they keep coming back. It's not your average cafeteria any more."

I like to be on the cutting edge of innovation, and with Duke's Next Generation Serving System, I am. My student participation has doubled with Duke's Next Generation Serving system, which means my profit
has more than doubled. The food we prepare is the same as before, but the students think it's better. The kids love the set up and so do I. I can't wait to start my next project. You better believe the Next
Generation Serving and Merchandising System will be part of it." Jack Koser, Food Service Director |
