A serving system that's perfect for institutional applications, Thurmaduke Serving System units have been developed for rugged institutional use. Stainless steel
and laminate finishes available. Casters are standard, except on gas hot food units. Thermostatic sealed hot food wells with a drain for each well are standard as are twelve (12) powder coat paint colors. All models
are fabricated as free standing modular units, mounted on 5" diameter NSF listed casters. Tray slides on these units are optional. Mechanically Assisted and Ice Cooled units with 5" and 8" deep cold pans, and NSF Standard 7
compliant mechanically cooled pans with 8" and 10" deep pans complement this line of serving systems. Hot Food units have a 32" wide top. These units comply with NSF Standard 4 for safety. Sealed wells, drains,
manifolds and valves are standard on the electric models. Gas units are dry well only. And optional integral extended top with poly cutting board is available.
The Carving Station unit is electric, with sealed wells, drains, manifolds and valve. Other units in the Thurmaduke Serving Systems line include Frost Top, Packaged Milk and Ice Cream Freezer units, Urn Stand, Dish and tray
Dispenser, Tray Stands, Corner and Triangle Units, Cashier Stands, Solid Tops and Skeleton Units. A drop-in Hot/Cold Merchandiser with a heated top shelf and refrigerated cold pan is a great addition to this line. There is
also the Heat-in-Base Unit which includes electric outlet in cabinet base when ordered with the serving unit (Hot Food or Solid Top). The Heat-in-
New designer sneeze guards in styles for buffet, service and self-service features make it easy to change your layout. Some of the available options are full-length plastic laminate front panels, continuous stainless steel tops
