I am Joyce Falk and I have been at Duke for 26 consecutive years, and have worked in just about every department there is in the company, starting in the factory and working up to my current position of Service Manager. That's one of the great things about Duke Manufacturing. They believe in promoting from within. As the Service Manager in the Technical Service Dept. the challenges change on a daily basis. My reward is, knowing that we can handle all customer concerns and know we have contributed to resolving their issues.
