LOG INDuke Manufacturing Co., a St. Louis based manufacturer of foodservice equipment, announced a comprehensive distribution agreement with the Compass Group North America.
Duke’s experience as an award-winning supplier for global restaurant chains made the company an attractive and reliable partner for the Compass Group.
“Duke’s research and development is focused on creating cost-savings and sustainable technologies while delivering the highest quality food. This agreement will make Duke’s innovative product solutions, such as the product holding units, flexible batch broilers, serving systems, powerwash sinks and rapid cooking technology available to all Compass properties in North America,” said Jim Klimt, Vice President of Sales at Duke.
Compass Group North America provides contract foodservice and facilities management services. It is a division of London-based Compass Group PLC, which operates in over 50 countries. Duke Manufacturing Co. will be an approved supplier through Supply America and Foodbuy, the exclusive procurement division for Compass Group North America.
According to Foodbuy, “We bring sales opportunities both broad and deep, and we make reaching those customers less resource-intensive. Duke Manufacturing supplies foodservice equipment to schools, colleges, hospitals, and many of the most recognized restaurant chains in the world. Duke is known for working closely with customers and developing custom solutions for their business challenges. Solutions range from custom cooking equipment to logistics services.
