Each ion rapid-cook oven comes with free access to the proprietary web-based Recipe Management System (RMS). This intuitive menu development tool provides a competitive advantage for both experienced chefs and culinary novices. You can create a custom recipe from scratch or use one of Duke’s generic offerings as a base. The system allows you to maintain a custom recipe database with built-in culinary features. Loading menu settings to and from the oven is seamlessly facilitated through the USB functionality.
Since our system is web based, you don’t need to hassle with software installations or updates. The direct USB functionality eliminates the need for additional hardware convertors and driver installations.
